The Texas SH 249 Extension Project covers approximately 26 miles of new roadway from FM 1774 in Pinehurst, Montgomery County, Texas, to SH 105 near Navasota, Texas. The project scope is design, construction and maintenance of new roadway with supporting infrastructure. Halff performed right of way services on Segment 2 of project. Approximately 11 miles of two-lane non-tolled rural highway, Segment 2 runs from FM 1774 north of Todd Mission in Plantersville to SH 105 between Plantersville and Navasota, Texas. The road segment contains a typical 400-foot-wide right of way.
