This high-end commercial and retail space is a first of its kind in Georgetown, Texas. Located within a larger mixed-use development, the Summit at Rivery Park overlooks the San Gabriel River and connects the hike and bike trail system along the river.

The Summit at Rivery Park commercial development mixes ground-level retail with office space above. The Halff team designed a high-end public plaza that leads to the main building entrance and connects pedestrian spaces around all sides. The public courtyard features outdoor dining spaces, a gazebo with a fire pit, a stage for concerts and a water feature—all centered around large preserved trees.
