Halff provided structural engineering for the five-story, 423,500 square feet concrete parking structure for a corporate campus. Drilled piers comprise the foundation of the Solana parking structure. It has precast double tees spanning 60.5 feet to precast inverted tee girders and load bearing walls. The structure also contains a series of precast concrete shear walls to accomplish a lateral stability system, ensuring structural fitness.
