Located in north Austin, this commercial development entailed the civil engineering design of a 109,547 sf office warehouse distribution facility on 11 acres.

Halff’s impact on the project included a survey for the design, infrastructure design of water, 2,400 lf of a 16-inch offsite water distribution, sanitary sewer, public sanitary sewer relocation, drainage, sanitary sewer easement vacate application, sanitary sewer easement, drainage easements, water quality treatment review, detention review, grading, cut/fill variance, erosion control, unified development agreement and coordination with the City of Austin, bidding and negotiation assistance, and construction administration.
