Halff prepares SWPPP and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers permits and employs subsurface utility engineering (SUE), easement research and surveying services. Halff understands the importance of keeping pipelines in service during construction. We design connections utilizing double stopples with an appropriately sized bypass to keep the gas flowing at all times.
