Halff’s Andrew Smith Selected for ACEC Georgia Future Leaders Program

ATLANTA, Ga. — Halff Senior Transportation Planner Andrew Smith, AICP, RSP1, has been selected for the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC) Georgia Future Leaders Program Class of 2026-2027.

Smith recently joined Halff’s Atlanta office as a senior transportation planner, bringing experience in transportation planning and mobility. His selection for the ACEC Georgia Future Leaders Program, which develops emerging professionals through leadership and business-focused training, reflects his continued professional growth and commitment to advancing transportation solutions and serving communities throughout Georgia.

Smith earned a bachelor’s degree in environmental geography from the University of Georgia and a master’s degree in city and regional planning with a focus in transportation from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
