President and CEO Jessica Baker Daily presented the Halff Home Run Award to Federal Deputy Practice Leader Robert Saenz in Halff’s McAllen office, recognizing his leadership, ownership and commitment to excellence.

The Halff Home Run Award was established in 2020 by former Halff President and CEO Mark Edwards. It recognizes employees who represent the spirit of Halff by leading with integrity, supporting those around them and consistently serving with purpose.

Robert exemplifies these values through his leadership and dedication to both Halff’s people and clients. Known for building strong partnerships and creating opportunities for growth, he has helped expand Halff’s Federal services while mentoring generations of engineers throughout the Rio Grande Valley.

His leadership recently played a key role in securing the largest design project in Halff’s history, positioning the firm for continued success.

“Robert’s drive and passion to deliver excellence on every project have earned the trust of our clients day in and day out,” Jessica said. “His leadership has strengthened our Federal practice, expanded opportunities across the firm and left a lasting impact on both our people and the communities we serve.”

Congratulations, Robert, on this well-earned recognition and thank you for the positive impact you continue to make at Halff!
