The summer internship program for students and the hiring of new grads each year are two critical ways we grow at Halff. Interns and new grads will experience training and coaching that build the foundation of a strong career.
We are always looking for the best and brightest talent, and one of the ways we find promising candidates for our new graduate positions is through our Internship program. Each summer we hire college students with degree plans that fit our positions. Through the Internship program, you will receive hands-on experience applying what you have learned at school to real projects. You will also have the opportunity to attend internal training seminars on current industry trends and experience Halff’s dynamic culture first-hand. A high percentage of summer Interns receive offers for full-time employment upon graduation.
