Halff U.S Courthouse in Huntsville Named 2025 ENR Texas & Southeast Best Project
RICHARDSON, Texas — The U.S Courthouse in Huntsville, Alabama, a project for which Halff was a subconsultant, won ENR Southeast’s 2025 Best Project in the Government/Public Building category and an Award of Merit for sustainability.
ENR Southeast selects projects that represent the best in design and construction in the region. A panel of industry judges review entries and determine the “Best Projects.”
Halff provided MEP/ITS and landscape architecture services for the three-story, 126,000 sf federal courthouse building that included courtrooms, court support offices, a U.S. Marshals Service suite, judges’ chambers and detention spaces. The project is LEED Gold certified, achieving 32% energy efficiency.
