OKLAHOMA, Oklahoma — Halff Associates, Inc. (Halff), one of the nation’s leading engineering/architecture consulting firms, is pleased to announce Scott Barrett, PE, has joined its Oklahoma City office as vice president and operations manager. With 38 years of experience in civil, municipal and transportation infrastructure design, Scott will provide leadership and strategic direction to the Oklahoma City office.

Prior to joining Halff, Scott was an office manager for a global engineering firm’s Oklahoma City office and a field office in Tulsa. He managed the firm’s statewide transportation engineering, CE&I and materials testing lab services operations. Scott also has extensive experience providing engineering services to private and governmental clientele, including ODOT, OTA and Oklahoma City. Scott earned his BS in Civil Engineering from Iowa State University. He has been active in professional associations such as the American Council of Engineering Companies, the American Society of Civil Engineers and the American Public Works Association.
