Brad Ezell, PE, Joins Halff as Vice President and Federal Programs Director

RICHARDSON, Texas — Halff Associates, Inc. (Halff), one of the nation’s leading engineering/architecture consulting firms, is proud to announce that Brad Ezell, PE, has joined Halff as vice president and director of Federal Programs. Brad brings more than 25 years of architectural and engineering leadership, business development and federal government experience. He will develop strategy for identifying and pursuing new opportunities and provide oversight for the successful execution of federal projects.

Chief Strategy Officer Russell Zapalac said, “Halff has been in the federal market for a long time, but adding Brad is key to expanding our Federal Programs practice. Given his track record of overseeing large government projects for many years, he will be an asset to our Federal Programs team and lead us to opportunities that will ultimately strengthen our position in the market and add to the stability of our firm.”

Brad comes to Halff from a national A/E firm, where he served as senior vice president overseeing the firm’s Oklahoma City office and all business development activities for the federal government market. While serving in this capacity, he led diverse project teams on a variety of domestic and international project types, including headquarters and mission critical/data center facilities. Two of his most notable projects include the $155 million Secure Administration Operations Facility at Fort Belvoir, Virginia, and the $45 million Secure Communications Facility in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Brad earned his BS in Architectural Engineering from Kansas State University and his MS in Management from Southern Nazarene University. He is a licensed Professional Engineer (mechanical) in numerous states and is on the board of directors for the United Way of Central Oklahoma, where he serves as chair of the Community Investment Committee.
