Halff Associates provided land planning and engineering services for the 2,400-acre Bright Ranch property in Hebron, Texas (north of Carrollton). The project is a Master-Planned Community, comprising residential, commercial and industrial uses, as well as a golf course and community center.
Sharyland
McAllen, Texas
Client: Hunt Valley Development
Halff Associates, Inc. has master planned 6,000 acres and has platted and designed the infrastructure for the initial phase of the Hunt Valley Development. Initial development consists of a 1,000-acre Industrial Park (Sharyland Business Park) and 800 acres of residential (Sharyland Plantation Village). Additionally, Halff designed the water/wastewater master plan, as well as roadway network and water distribution plan.
Valley Ranch Development

Halff Associates designed and managed construction for the 2,400-acre Valley Ranch development. Halff Associates services in Valley Ranch included design of six bridges, 16 box culverts, 82,500 lf of thoroughfare paving, 5,600 lf of IH 635 service road, 87,000 lf of water mains from 8 to 24 inches in diameter, 90,000 lf of sanitary sewer from 6 to 36 inches in diameter, two sanitary sewer lift stations, 95,000 lf of storm sewer up to 96 inches in diameter, and 33,000 lf of underground electrical conduit and manholes.
